The state Department of Health may provide additional resources and programs to assist persons with SCD.
These can include state sponsored sickle cell centers and care management resources. Search here to find if your state has additional programs in addition to the Medicaid program.
NOTE: Certain programs would only be eligible to Medicaid patients. Some states may not have programs.
